How can a Psychologist Help?

We will provide a warm, non-judgmental space in which to gain an understanding of the relationships between your thoughts and beliefs, your emotions, and your behaviours and decisions. Using evidence-based strategies, we will guide you in mastering skills and solutions to achieve positive life changes. All intervention is based on skilled assessment and is formulated on an individual basis. Therapy is conducted in a respectful and collaborative manner.

Our psychologists at Hills District Allied Health are available to conduct group psycho-education sessions and community support presentations. this service can be applied in school settings, local council community presentations, playgroups, daycare centres and in-house at the Hills District Allied Health clinic.
